We consistently monitor Wax LRS and supporting systems for compliance with our service levels and other metrics that we deem necessary to exceed SLA compliance. 


Our web tier logs all access through our interface or APIs, and all other data access happens through either our DB (which retains access logs), or using Amazon Web Services IAM credentials, which also retain access logs. We haven't yet built up our internal analytics, but we do keep all logs (archived), and the last few weeks of logs are directly searchable.
