This article outlines the general considerations and sections of our SLAs (only applicable to customer production environments). Custom SLAs are available on the Pro Plus and Enterprise plans, and they vary in cost between 10% and 30% of the annualized plan cost.  


  1. Uptime. We ensure that Wax LRS maintains a high monthly uptime and availability of our APIs and user interface. The percentage uptime varies based on the needs of our customers.
  2. Performance Standards. We meet performance standards for interactions occurring on Wax LRS like the average time required for a web page or API to respond, from the time requests reach Saltbox systems. 

Remedy: If any of the performance standards defined in the SLA are not met within a predefined period of time, we provide credits in the amount of a percentage of the monthly plan cost.
